What is DSA Rewards?

DSA Rewards is our special business benefits programme for Direct Sellers who operate in the United Kingdom.

Why should I join?

Whilst our member business distributors are contractually responsible for themselves the DSA recognises it’s duty to ensure distributors have access to the essential foundations for their business, including for example;

When and how will I receive my Public Liability Insurance Certificate and Policy details?

Your Public Liability Insurance Policy will be available for you to download immediately after you have completed the registration and payment process. To obtain your insurance simply login to DSA Rewards using the details provided and go to the “Policies and Useful Info” menu area. You will then see your policy document icon which when clicked will download to your computer in pdf format for you to print and/or save locally as required.

How do I join?

Simply click on the “Join Now" menu option and complete your account registration form. You will be directed to a payment page to submit your annual membership fee. You will then be sent a welcome email with your personal account login details and of course your welcome pack.

Do you share my personal information?

DSA Rewards is committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will ensure that any information we obtain and use will always be held, used and transferred in compliance with all applicable data protection rules. We will not pass on your details to anyone else for marketing purposes without asking you first. We do collate statistics about site traffic, sales and other commercial information which we pass on to trusted third parties to assist us in improving the service we provide to you. However, none of this information will identify individuals.

What happens to my cashback if I close my account?

You will need to transfer your cashback before your membership expires either to a Reloadable Retail Card or to a bank account. Money left in your account after the expiry date will not be refundable.

Are there any other charges?

There are some charges made to cover postage, processing of credit cards and transferring cashback funds to a bank account. These are the charges and costs the Club receives from the postal services and the banks. For fees explained please click here.

How long does my membership last?

Membership to DSA Rewards lasts one year from the date you first register.

Which supermarkets can I get cashback or discounts from?

DSA Rewards has exclusive cashback and discount deals with Iceland, Asda, Morrisons and Marks & Spencer.
Which high street retailers can I get discount or cashback from?

DSA Rewards has relationships with most of the major high street brands. For a full list of participating retailers please click here.
How much cashback or discounts can I get from supermarkets and high street retailers?

The cashback ranges from 4% to 10% dependent on where you shop.
How do I get cashback or discounts at supermarkets and high street retailers?

From your account you can either order Reloadable Retail Cards or discounted vouchers which can then be used in store.
How do I order and use Reloadable Retail Cards?

From your Shopping Club account you order the reloadable cards for the retailers where you shop. When you receive your cards you need to activate them and then load money to them with a debit or a credit card. As soon as you load funds to a card we credit your cashback card with the percentage available from the retailer. Once you have activated your card you can load it time and time again.
How long does it take to take to get funds on to my Reloadable Retail Card?

We process your transaction as quickly as we can. However, it can take between 24 and 72 hours dependent upon retailer so it is always best to check your balance before using your card.
Can I order more than one Reloadable Retail Card?

There is a maximum of 5 cards per order, however you can order as many cards as you like from the same retailer. This is a great feature if you want to be able to have cards for all the members of your family, and is especially useful for children away at University or College.
How do I order discounted retail vouchers?

From your Shopping Club account you can order vouchers which we then apply a discount available at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my vouchers?

Typically it takes 3 working days from receiving your order to despatching your vouchers.
Are the vouchers insured?

Our free standard postage does not include insurance, however, you can select, at checkout, to insurer your delivery for either £100 or £500 at a small additional cost.
Can Reloadable Retail Cards and discounted vouchers be used with any in store promotions?

Yes, you can use your cards or vouchers with any in store offer or loyalty programme.

Local Discounts

How do I get discounts at local retailers?

To obtain discounts from participating local retailers and businesses you simply present your Shopping Club membership card when paying the bill and receive your discount.
How do I know which local retailers will accept the card?

By clicking on the Local Discounts link you can search for retailers in your area by entering your post code, selecting the search radius and category of interest, ie eating out. You will then be presented with all the businesses in your area that accept the card.
How much can I save?

Discounts range from 10% to 50%.
What if the retailer refuses to accept my card?

If the retailer refuses to accept your card, please contact DSA Rewards customer service team stating the name of the retailer and the time and date when the card was refused. We will then investigate the refusal and, where agreed, provide compensation.

Online Retail Offers

What offers are available online?

DSA Rewards has over 1,200 online retail partners who provide either cashback or a discount at the point of sale. Each offer will detail the type of benefit you will receive, either cashback or a discount.
How do I get cashback online?

By clicking from the online cashback offer from DSA Rewards website you are passed through to the retailer's website and we record your transaction and then credit your account when the cashback is received.
When will I receive my cashback?

You will see the cashback in your account within 3 working days but it can take up to 12 weeks to clear.
What if my cashback does not appear in my account?

If the cashback does not appear as "pending" in your account after 3 working days please call DSA Rewards customer service team.
How do I get discounts online?

By clicking from the online discount offer from DSA Rewards website you are passed through to the retailer's website and the discount will be either applied to the price shown or you enter a code at checkout.

Print & Save Vouchers

What are Print & Save vouchers?

Print & Save vouchers are a range of printable offers from retailers that you present at the store or restaurant and get either discounts or 2 for 1 offers.
How do I print them?

Go to the Print & Save menu option and follow the instructions on the offer.
Can I use them more than once?

Yes, you can print the voucher offer as many times as you like, subject to the validity period and subject to any specific limitations to that offer.

DSA Rewards Lotto and Competitions

How do I enter DSA Rewards Lotto?

From your account you click on Lotto on the right hand side of the home page and simply enter your lucky numbers each month.
How do I know if I have won?

We will notify you by email if you are a winner and make arrangements to pay the money into your bank account.
How much could I win?

The lotto prize fund is £1,000 per month. If there is no winner the fund is rolled over to the next month to a maximum prize fund of £3,000. If there are no winners by the third month 7 players are selected and share the initial prize fund.
Is there any charge for playing DSA Rewards Lotto?

No, entry is free and no purchase is necessary other than being a member of DSA Rewards.
How do I enter competitions?

We provide a number of competitions each month with prizes that are donated by our supplier network. By clicking on the competitions menu option there will be a number of great prizes and fun games to play.
How will I know I have won?

If you are the lucky winner of any of our competitions we will notify you by email or phone to make arrangements to get the prize to you.
Is there any charge for entering a competition?

No, entry is free and no purchase is necessary other than being a member of DSA Rewards.
